RecommendedFirst time using Crystal H / C They seamed to be fair on there pricing for 1St time. Keep in mind , We haven't had to call anyone for service in over 10 years. So yea, were do you start. The Service (Man Mark E) was quite understanding and knowledgeable on what he was doing about our issue & had no problems with our 4 dogs (There Little) We will certainly Look into having Crystal Heating & Cooling advise us on a new A/C unit.
