Darren H with Crystal Heating and Cooling has been servicing our furnace and a/c for many years. I'm sure his attention to detail is one of the reasons it's still chugging along several years past what would be considered an average life span for it. He is always professional and takes the time to answer all our questions. Yesterday he installed a new thermostat for us and made sure I was comfortable operating it before he left. We can highly recommend Crystal Heating to anyone. You won't be disappointed.

We have had Crystal Heating and Cooling caring for our system for nearly 7 years. Last year we finally were able to upgrade to a new one...it's amazing, we love it! We also really appreciate the service team, everyone of them have been knowledge and conscientious...Today the unit was serviced by Cary J; he took the time to explain different filters and how to get the best for our money without sacrificing air flow. We always receive the best service from Crystal Heating & Cooling. We own a business with 2 rooftop units that have been difficult for others to diagnose or properly repair, well they were, but then we decided to hire Crystal heating & cooling and the service technician, Tim D, was able to quickly diagnose and correctly repair the issues that were keeping the units from operating at full capacity, thanks Tim! We will be using them for all of our HVAC maintenance and repairs from now on.
They have provided excellent service for installing and maintaining our air conditioner. Highly recommended!
