We had the air conditioning go out in a large, 6,000 square foot residence with a commercial HVAC system. We had a local HVAC contractor come out, and they told us that the compressor was dead. RecommendedDarren has been servicing our heating and air conditioning systems for many years. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He explains what is going on with our systems and shows us how to change filters, etc. We are very happy with the maintenance plan for our zoned system. They do a great job of reminding us that service is due and scheduling when we need it. Thanks for providing such great service and friendly service people.
I was very satisfied with the service we received. Darren H came the same day we called, and fixed our problem. I talked to Duane when I called and he was very helpful.

Our air conditioning quit working last Sunday, when we were hosting a baby shower. We had about 40 people at our house, bad timing to say the least. Darren H. from Crystal Heating and Cooling was able to do a service call within hours and he was able to fix the problem in less than a half-hour. He was very professional and courteous. We were pleased that the issue could be resolved in such a timely manner, on a Sunday. Thanks for your effort Darren.
First time using Crystal Heating and Cooling. Was quoted a time frame between 1-4 and didn't show up until 5:00 with no updates about time frames from main office which would have been more customer friendly. Dispatcher seem irritated that I was calling to get an update on arrival. Would give the company 3 stars. Cary J came at 5:00 and was the nicest guy. This is my first experience with Crystal Heating and Cooling as we have had our current system for 11 years...and it was excellent from the first phone call to the completed installation this afternoon.
