We have used Crystal for several years and have found them to be dependable and reasonably priced, For all but one service call we have had Mike H do the checkup and have found him to be on time, very efficient and he knows our unit well. Not sure who the technician was that was scheduled to come out but he was behind schedule. I called the office and spoke with the dispatcher, told him I had another appointment and he said he would get someone out right away. He sent Darren H., who has serviced my unit before.
