Right on time and cleaned up ac unit and very professional. Always the best to use Union shops.
Our fan blade broke off and we had Crystal come out to see what could be done. Darren was our service tech and I really liked that he was not a 'hard sell' kind of guy. He gave us all our options honestly and his personal opinion and didn't press for an immediate answer. (We had a big decision to make.) Nice guy, knows his business, comfortable.
I have been a customer with Crystal Heating and Cooling for 12 years. They have always been professional and very kind. I find all their service techs to be very trustworthy. I would never go anywhere else. Thanks to all of you.

Our unit went out and luckily it turned out to be an easy fix. Tim D was pleasant and extremely helpful, going out of his way to offer extra services. We have been very pleased with the company in general.
Have used Crystal for a very long time and they always do a great job and I am very happy with the service they provide. They have installed two furnaces and a/c in our home. We have needed them on a emergency and they came quickly and we have them come every year spring and fall to check our furnace and a/c. The only thing this time when they came to do our spring/summer check is that when we made the appointment we had asked them to bring a new set of filters for the furnace and was told they would, howvever, that did not ... read more
