This was my first time working with Crystal Heating and Cooling & I will referring them others. The girl in the office was very nice & informative. Darren H was my Service Rep. He also was very professional & patient. He took time to answer all my questions. I definitely will use them again!
My A/C went out today. I called Crystal Heating & Cooling and I talked with Adrian... and he said they could have someone out here that same afternoon. Darren arrived and said the capacitor is bad. It was a year ago this month it was replaced, so it was still under warranty. (y) Darren quickly replaced it and even spray-washed both my A/C units. I'm very happy with Crystal Heating & Cooling and Darren went above and beyond... he was so nice! :) THANK YOU!!!
Darren came to service my AC today and he was great. He explained the issue and what he was doing to try to resolve it and assured me the company would take care of me. He explained that if the action he was taking didn't resolve it then they would replace the valve. Very pleasant man and I feel confident that they will take care of me as promised.
Our air conditioner went out on Sunday with 95 degree temps. We called the emergency number and Darren called back within 30 minutes. He came within an hour and repaired it. Thank you Darren! You deserve 5 stars.
