I have used Crystal Heating for over 35 years because they are dependable, courteous, professional, on time, and competitive pricing of products and service. They have professionally installed three heat pump/ cooling systems and I have been pleased with the cost of operating heat pump systems. The office staff is always courteous and helpful. Most recently Mark completed my spring checkup and did a great job! I have also had excellent service from Darren. I would recommend Crystal for all your heating and cooling needs!
Darren H. was our Service Technician. This wasn't the first time Darren serviced our air conditioner/furnace. As usual, Darren was professional. He always has shown respect and taken the time to explain any services performed and why the procedure was necessary. Called made appointment for the next day Cary J came by checked the a/c made the repair everything ok.
I didn't think it was possible in this day and age of lackluster service, but Darren proved that good service is still to be had. On time, friendly, thorough...what more can I say. Good job. He (and Gary) are assets to the business.
Our furnace unit went out and we called Crystal Heating and cooling and were scheduled the very next morning.(fast) Chris S. arrived right on time. He removed the old unit and replaced our new unit and he done a fantastic job!! Chris S was courteous, friendly, pleasant, and very informant as to how our system operated. I have had Crystal Heating and Cooling service my furnace and air for many years. In 2016 it was time to replace my 25 year old air and furnance. They gave me a competitive price and replaced both units in 1 day. I also have the yearly service where they check both units twice a year. Cary J provided that service today.
