Today was the second time we had Crystal Heating and Cooling come to our house. The first time was to check our air conditioning system and this time was to checking the heating system. Both times Ronnie S. was the technician that responded. He was very through and answered every question that I had. We had some bad situations with a couple of other companies before trying Crystal. Mark E. always does a great job keeping my system in tip-top shape. That is why I always make my appointments so Mark can take care of me. Very skilled and a perfect gentleman in my home. Couldn't ask for better service. I'll sure be with CH&C as long as Mark is there !
Last week I had all my duct work and A coil replaced. Chris and Will did an amazing job dealing with my small crawl space. Seamed like nothing in my house was square to work with but they overcame and did a great install. We have used Crystal Heating and cooling for several years and always get prompt courteous service.
Cary J came over today to service my furnace for winter. I purchased the $169. package good for this visit plus a visit in the spring. As well, I got a "no work for me required" rebate of $25, which made the price an even better deal. Cary was very professional, friendly and competent to do what I had asked to be done. I had a clogged drain pipe, which he unclogged for me, changed the batteries in my programmable thermostat, and showed me how to navigate it. Darren was thoroughly helpful and professional, Quick and easy service. Highly recommend CH&C.
Darren did a pre-winter furnace check, replaced humidifier filter and reviewed how to set the humidifier. When I mentions still getting shocks he looked into the problem & found that the 'saddle valve' was clogged and needed to be replaced. And he's a nice guy.
I have been using Crystal Heating and Cooling for 5 years. We have a Geo-thermal system and traditional unit on our property that they service. The technicians are fantastic to work with in keeping our units at peak performance. We have experienced problems with a unit installed by another contractor and they have worked tirelessly to correct the problems.
