RecommendedCary worked on my furnace today and was very professional and very friendly, he got right to work to try to determine what the problem was, his hands were really tied because he did not know which code to pursue. He cleaned what he thought was possibly the problem and checked other items making sure they were working properly. He told us if this did not solve the problem do not hesitate to call, He showed us how to determine what the code is if the problem should arise again. Thank you..........

Darren was incredible. The service from Crystal from the initial contact all through Darren fixing our furnace was beyond exceptional.
Darren H came out this morning to look at our furnace which stopped working last night, very courteous, kind and knowledgeable. Has it working in about 15 minutes, showed me how to reset the overload condition and recommended bi-annual instead of annual filter replacement. Also how to make sure the humidifier was operating at the proper setting in this cold weather - Thanks Darren and Crystal Heating and Cooling!
Long ago we purchased a heating and cooling system through Crystal Heating & Cooling. They have always been great about servicing our unit and helping us when we are in a tough spot — like when our air conditioning went out in the middle of last summer. Andy is one of their service pros and I couldn't say enough good about his professional manner and care in offering suggestions to help our unit work more efficiently. I would recommend Crystal AND Andy to anyone in the Parkland needing heating and cooling services.
I always ask for Andy P. He is friendly, thorough and extremely knowledgeable about his profession. Crystal installed my system 5 years ago and have kept it in top notch shape ever since with their $169 twice yearly inspections.
Ronnie S. was at our home today to make sure all was well with our heating system. He was very professional and very nice and did a thorough job making sure that we would be warm this winter season. We have never had a bad experience with Crystal Heating and Cooling and with our yearly maintenance agreement we are confident that our system is taken care of by professionals.
