RecommendedHave had Gary J as the technician several times. He is very friendly and always does a good job explaining what he is doing and fixing any problems.
First rate service as always on geo thermal unit by Cary J. Crystal installed and service our unit since 2005. Very satisfied customers.
Since moving into my house seven months ago, I have used Crystal exclusively. They have been out about five times for maintenance and repairs, and I have yet to be disappointed. The most recent was a cold day when my furnace quit. Cary was there in a couple of hours, and got it up and running in no time. Unfortunately, another problem popped up later that same day, but he came right back and fixed it again. I don't plan on using anyone other than Crystal for my heating and cooling.
Andy was fabulous! He explained everything perfectly, he was very knowledgeable. We are grateful we have him.
Andy P serviced our recently purchased Heat pump today, explaining several things we didn't understand in an easy to understand way. Very friendly and helpful!
Darren arrived on time to check and service my furnace and heat pump. He was very professional as always when he has been here in the past. He went straight to work checking the control box, the furnace and the whole house humidifier making an adjustment to it. He then went out (in the cold) to inspect the heat pump and made an adjustment to it to quieten it down. He came back in to tell us the good news, see you in 6 months.
A shout out to Nick C (sales), Cory W (installation) and especially Joe K (DUCT MAN). The service was amazing and quick! Our home has been cared for by CH&C for 28 years and counting.Thanks !
