Very good people from the office to the service man Darren
RecommendedWe called Crystal late on Wednesday afternoon and had an appointment for Thursday at 10am. Darren showed up on time and fixed the problem quickly. The paperwork was in order and the service performed was explained. The price was itemized and fair. I came home to a cool house that night! Thanks to all.

Service representative Cary Jacobsgaard was outstanding. We did not have a big problem with the A C but on Saturday late afternoon he arrived promptly and got repair done immediately. He then explained clearly questions we asked him. We would recommend him for service work very highly. Ray J Ford
Darren was on time, polite and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the prob!lem. And explained it to me. He then repaired the AC unit quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the quick service. But after doing research on capacitors. I'm not happy with paying $140 for a $20 part.
