We have been using Crystal Heating & Cooling for over 20 years. The services is always excellent. The employees are friendly and always pleasant and knowledgeable. Having the Spring and Fall checkups of our system gives us peace of mind. Great company!
RecommendedHats off to these guys! They took care of me very well. Dwayne, whose position I'm not sure of was the person I dealt with. The house had been struck by lightning and it took out the air conditioner. I was able to get the on-call guy here on a Sunday, and he wired the blower up so that I could still use the AC. After the part came in, they wanted to come in the afternoon to swap the part out, but I work then. We had to have a new furnace and air conditioner installed. We had a problem getting our local company to respond so we called Crystal Heating. I was so surprised at the service that we received. The salesman came out the day after I called and the furnace and air conditioner were instatted the next day. The service tech, Chris S. and were great.
