I have had a contract with Crystal Heating and Cooling for over 14 years. Both my heater and air conditioner have been replaced throughout the years. Service is always excellent. Darren is my service technician and has been for almost all of those years. I am confident that Darren will take care of any issues that will occur. I highly recommend Crystal Heating and Cooling.
Darren H. was on site this morning to perform the semi-annual preventive maintenance inspection on our three HVAC units. Darren was polite, attentive and available to discuss and answer any questions we might have had regarding the systems. Darren completed his work in a timely manner that included removing and replacing the 28-year old dual run capacitor on the main floor condensing unit. Filters were checked and changed and the condenser coils were cleaned on each unit.
RecommendedGreat service for over 15 years!! Gary is very conscientious and professional. He offers me options whenever possible. When issues do arise, and that has been infrequent, Dwayne is great about sending a service person our ASAP!
I have used Crystal for probably 15 yrs or more and use them for my rental properties as well. I have always had great service particularly with having the maintenance agreement on all the properties. It allows me to know how the systems are operating and keep them maintained at the lowest possible cost by catching things early. Yes, it was again time for my heating and cooling 6-month's service. Unlike most years when I procrastinate for more like 9 months, I actually called and made an appointment at the 6-month mark.
