Darren is great! He keeps you informed every step in process. He takes care of us with heating and cooling clean and checks. The office always reminds us when it is time for service and gets us scheduled in a timely manner.
We LOVE Crystal Heating and Cooling and Darren H is hands down the best tech they have! Our whole family uses Crystal and requests Darren H. He is friendly, knowledgeable and honest - 3 things that unfortunately you don't see a lot these days! We have been with Crystal Heating & Cooling for years. Their service is the best. Will was our service person and took time to explain what he was doing as well as giving our air conditioner a thorough going over. People you can trust.

Will did our AC checkup on Thursday and he did a thorough job. I appreciated all the time he spent explaining things to me. It's our first year with a service contract and I'm glad we chose that route. Gail in the office was also super helpful.
We have used Crystal Heating & Cooling for many years. They are always prompt and take care of any problems. Trent Rickmar came today for a spring cleaning of the a/c and did a great job.
Let's just say during 100 degree days Crystal was prompt and Darren was professional and knowledgeable and in short order I am cool and happy. Great job guys.
