Field rep, Cary , was the best rep, with price comparison . passed on lots of good points concerning seasonal.care, maintenance, and benefits of purchasing a energy saving agreement for 1 yr.. told him I needed a maintenance. or energy saving agreement, that explained all things.. this agreement he gave me does not pacifically explain all things needed.
