gave me a bid and then then they ran my credit. they came to install only to tell me they were going to charge an extra $1800 or so. I am not happy with this company. they also said i needed a new coil. in which I do NOT. Thanks for running my credit in which hurts a good credit score and thanks for trying to screw me over! i took my business elsewhere!!!

Our first priority is to provide our customers with great service. When our technicians arrived at your location they noticed that the ductwork running through your attic was not insulated. This was the reason for the additional cost. Installing air conditioning on an uninsulated attic duct system would cause severe condensation issues leading to ceiling damage and potential health issues. We apologize for the inconvenience and assure you that our goal was to provide you with a quality install.

Our furnace went out late in the evening and Crystal came the next day and even early. Worked quickly and solved the issue perfectly. Was willing to work with ya for payment and highly recommend this business!!!!!

I spent $10k on a new heat pump with backup furnace now currently 4 months old. Ive had them out 5 times already to date and its still not fixed blows ac when on heat. 1st trip tech couldnt find anything wrong, 2nd trip tech realized they ran wire for back up furnace but didnt even hook it up to thermostat, 3rd trip they thought thermostat was faulty. So I made not one appointment but three..The first time they completely forgot the appointment and no showed... The second time they ran so late they we had to reschedule.. I guess they don't realize people other than them work. When the tech did finally arrive.. He was great.. He was a super guy, very knowledgeable and professional. He fixed the issue no problem...
