I had Crystal Heating and Cooling out last week to service my AC. Had to call them back out again today a week later for something unrelated on the outside unit. They were able to send a technician out who was in the area and he was here within an hour or so after calling. Very prompt service on such short notice. Will Lewis was the technician sent out, and like the previous technician, he was very helpful and friendly and knew his stuff. Outstanding customer service by the technician, Will. He had the part needed in his truck and had the unit up and running in just a few minutes. He was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly, even though he was working in the rain!
We recently had the annual checkup of our 22 year old A/C system. Upon doing so we couldn't have been more pleased with the technician Ronnie S. who was extremely knowledgeable and informative about how we could get the best performance in the future from our unit. We were quite impressed with his thoroughness as he went about testing the various aspects of the unit and the effort he expended in making sure everything was operating properly . Customer service is great! They are very quick to come out and service our system. Our A/C went out on Sunday night and they were out on Monday afternoon to diagnose the problem. Had to order a part, but they came out as soon as the part arrived to fix it.
Great service, great Technicians! A total honest company!

The employee, Cary was very helpful and even explained the problem and what he needed to do. He did a wonderful job on the ac.
