RecommendedChris S of Crystal heating and cooling arrived promptly at 7:30 am as we were told and was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He and his partner were efficient and friendly and tolerated the audience of my self ( off and on) and continuously (by my husband LOL) they removed our old ac and furnace system and replace it with a 96% efficient 2 stage furnace and variable stage 19 SEER outside AC, tested it , enrolled us in the Ameren rebate program, cleaned up and removed all of the old unit and were gone by 4pm. First of all I have been a Crystal Heating customer for about 20 years and have always had good success with them om both installation and repair . Their service men are all like family I don't do stairs that well so they know right where to go as I leave the door open for them in the basement. Andy P. like the other guys are always so nice and friendly and knowledgeable
Darrin has been to my home for service calls as well as the spring and fall check-ups. He is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer my questions. He has taken care of everything in a friendly and professional manner.

Andy P. was dispatched to our home in response to inspect and repair my outside air conditioning unit after it failed to work. He arrived promptly and made short work of determining that the 20+ year old unit was not repairable. He made a call, a quoter arrived shortly afterwards and a new unit was ordered.
