My apartment manager called them as soon as I called and they called me in about half an hour and said they would send someone asap. Darren H came in less than 2 hours and checked for the problem and was able to fix it in about an hour. He put everything back the way it was, cleaned up and made sure he didn't leave a mess. Very nice man, very well pleased with his work. Thanks.
Cary is one of the better service men at crystal. We only ask for him even if it takes several weeks for him to work us into the schedule. Some of the other people in the sales office aren't as nice or honest. On our new A/C and Furnace purchase and install we were lied to by the sales person and then the manager would not live up to the salesmen's promise of what was to be installed. Salesmen didn't put everything in writing saying he didn't have enough room on the contract.
We had Andy P out today. He was professional fixed the issue and explained what he did and why. I Will ask for him the next time we need service.
I had a wonderful experience. Our AC went out on Thursday June 30. Even though our unit is in the attic, Bill and Mark came out on Tues July 5th. They weren't able to finish because of the heat in the attic. So they came at 5am on the 6th and finished the job. They are very professional. I highly recommend them.
Crystal Heating & Cooling have not only installed our units but have been servicing our systems for quite a few years! Darren H and Steve J are always very friendly and professional. We will never use anyone else! Thanks Darren for keeping our units working great!

My experience with Crystal Heating and Cooling was great from beginning to end. The person who took my call yesterday, the dispatcher who talked to me after her and the technician who arrived today were all great folks. Andy P., the technician, arrived almost on the dot at two, was very thorough in his inspection, was diplomatic (my unit had to have been very much in need of cleaning), and explained why my AC probably shut down (dirt causing parts to overheat).
