The staff was very pleasant. The room was not very clean. Hair on the bathroom ceiling, TV didn't work, and the bathroom fan didn't work. Glad to be only staying one night.

Not enough handicap parking near front entrance! broken lock in our room, refrigerator hard to access, and too warm inside of the cupboard, broken lock in one of the public bathrooms, broken hook on stall door, no place to put backpack/purse. Staff was very nice, food served for our event was good!

Last year we didn't have hot water in the shower for four days (but did in the sink), and no one believed us. There was also a question about the charge to my card, and the front desk associate dismissed me quite rudely, but gave full aid to my husband (sexist, much?). This year, when shoe hunting, we found a pot of lipgloss that was not my brand, and half of a pizza crust under the bed. We have not ordered pizza the entire time we've been here. This hotel is gross.

For businesses this is a very good hotel. They have laundry service, bar, breakfast lunch and dinner arrangements for the choosing and all of good level and variety. Ask anything and the staff will help you. ATM available. WiFi for free and with sufficient speed to connect your laptop and mobile devices. They've earned the 5 stars. In one word: Perfect.

Highly recommend! The service, staff and overall stay was very welcoming and accommodating. A gentleman by the name of Kareem who worked at the front desk was courteous and catered to the requests of multiple coworkers and I throughout our conference. Kareem's customer service is second to none so make sure to find him for all of your needs when you stay here.
