Meeko at the front desk was awesome. There wasn't enough room on a shuttle to medina so he accommodated us and drove us there himself. Best customer service around.
It's very simple at the Crowne Plaza West. They genuinely want your stay to be memorable. If you have a problem, kindly bring it to their attention because they will do what they can to help. Just like everywhere, you'll run into a few bad apples, just let someone higher up know what you need and it will get done.
