RecommendedNice place but got in late from out of town. 8 am fricking house keeping banging on my door. Oh and trying to get in . Called front office asked for manager and was told no one there. When checking out guy could not speak English well at desk and seemed to have hard time understanding me. Oh and no manager again. Nice rooms but that's about it
Your Easter Brunch all hot food was cold ,coffee cold never saw our server to get hot coffee !!
Was given the wrong room for what was reserved, charged for larger room, when questioned the Front Desk was told that is what was available explained reserved the King Executive Clerk told me that is what we got, told him I reserved at the Hotel not the 800 Reservation Room was suppose to have Sofa Sleeper In it, the room we were given only had a Chair & Desk, No microwave (Front Desk had one brought up, only 1 Robe guess we were suppose to share), was given the lower rate. I had a confirmed, paid room through Priceline at 8:00 am. At five pm I was notified by them, that your hotel let them know that there was no longer availability- How could you sell my room when I already paid for it! If I had checked in earlier, I imagine I would have gotten one, but since we drove hours to an event and planned to check in after it, we lost out! We ended up with no place to stay at nearly eleven o'clock at night. Priceline blames you.....if it is their fault, I would like to know.
