Recommendedthe prime rub buffet on saturday nights is super amazing. the best mashed potatoes, the best strawberry cake, they bring your prime rib out to you, perfectly pink and the BlackBerry glazed salmon was also great. as for the rooms, the beds are very comfortable and clean. also, the staff is very courteous and nice.
The staff is very friendly, rooms were clean and well fitted. Liked the attached health club. The Sunday breakfast buffet was great. When we stay in Minneapolis, this is my go to hotel!
Terrible customer service. They charged me an extra $75 for “incidentals” which I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT when I booked the hotel. Then I am told I won’t get it back until AFTER my stay, 3-5 days later. I was told about none of this. They charged me $309 when my total should have been $234. In addition, when I called to complain and ask for a wine bottle opener, the very rude customer service woman INTERRUPTED me to yell at me. Ridiculous! I’m seething and want my money back!
It was a great place and the food was very good. The conference rooms were a bit hot when there were lots of people in them, and I really hope they can hire more staff for the bar/food area for night time gatherings. But all in all it was a perfect place to hold a large event. The staff was really helpful and so kind.
Front desk staffs might be trained to say ‘no’ to the customers. I was not happy starting from check in. My room has only roll in shower and the floor is slippery. I am going to write more after my 3 nights stay.

We look forward to staying at the Crown Plaza every year for the MBOTMA Bluegrass festival. This hotel is cool and classy. A perfect vibe for everyone to come and hang out and take a little much needed post Winter getaway. We love the decorations in the Room and lobby and enjoy meeting our friends here to make some memories.
I have been a participant at an annual event there, since February 2013. Even during the times of inclement weather, the staff has always been very accommodating and friendly. The members of the Northern Pines Harmony Brigade look forward to coming back every year.
This is a very nice place to stay. Very accommodating & the hotel shuttle service goes above and beyond and I would recommend this place to anyone!
