RecommendedI was there for 4 day with the Americorp VISTA group from Monday to Thursday. Great food, great staff, beautiful hotel. I would definitely come back again.
Wonderful front desk staff, especially Niko and Housekeeping helped me with issues!
I book this hotel 5 rooms for my soccer team to stay in 10 days .We spent over 3k but the front desk people were nasty and disrespectful to my team. I will never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Those front desk people need training about customer service.
Stayed here unexpectedly with a flight voucher, the check in went smoothly and I really liked the decor and style of the hotel. The room was nice. What I had an issue with was the room service. He was rude and kind of pushy. The guy that took the call was the same to deliver so maybe he was the only one working. But he seemed very impatient and almost annoyed that I ordered. Great hotel...... this trip was for family travel! The hotel is very nice and clean. Excellent Sunday brunch! Very reasonable in price and nice quiet hotel.
We really enjoyed our stay and the hospitality was really great. Btw the saltwater pool was a plus
The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed. The food --including the baked goods and desserts--are all made from scratch and are nothing less than heavenly. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to ensure you have a great customer experience.
