I'm afraid I can't recommend this hotel. We booked it when attending a Hoopsnakes concert at Medina Inn. They advertised a shuttle which is why we stayed there. We had a few cocktails prior to the shuttle bus pick up in the lobby. Waited in the lobby after asking the front desk the schedule. Every 30 minutes they said. Waited some more. A fellow came up to us and said do you want the good news or bad news first? He then said the shuttle was cancelled as not enough rooms were booked. We travel to the Twin Cities area several times a year for various sporting events,business meetings etc. I was impressed with the hotel itself but extremely disappointed in the shuttle service. We were told when we made the reservation that the shuttle would take us to Target Field. When we inquired we were told absolutely not. We spent over $100 in car service fee’s. Either accommodate your guests or tell them the truth when they make the reservation. Word of mouth is huge in the hotel industry I will be sharing my story. ... read more
Very clean and comfortable. They accommodated my two small dogs very well. I will definitely stay here again.
We did a wedding event there yesterday and everything was great. The staff was friendly and very helpful as well as the coordinator. Beautiful hotel for photos:)
I'd give the shuttle drivers (AM and PM) 100 stars if I could. They were one of THE highlights of my trip and most certainly my stay at Crowne Plaza. Nothing else really mattered (though the gentleman that brought up my breakfast was also wonderful). The room was clean and just what I needed for my short stay. Dear managers, please keep the shuttle staff around forever and treat them to something nice. They deserve it! My adoration and gratitude for being so personable and for getting me to and from my event safely! xo Sandy

Not recommended. Except for person behind desk who spoke no English and used hand signals to communicate staff was curteous and helpful. HOWEVER We were there 9 days: Bed extremely soft & smooshy so my back was in pain whole time making helping my husband in wheelchair excruciating. NOT HANDICAP FRIENDLY. Handicap room FAR FAR FAR from main doors-\-\like saying, "We don't want you here." ALL hallways & ramps carpeted so hard to push wheelchairs. RESTAURANT RAMP STEEP for manual operated wheelchair and I doubt it even qualifi... read more

Stayed here for a conference. Room was small...bathroom was tiny. When checking in, was asked if I had stayed here before and said no. Was not given a map of the hotel. Was hard to find my way around at first. Happy with the WiFi access, and size of the TV.
