I really do love this hotel, we've been there several times, but it's always so dirty!! Not like nasty dirty just.. Haven't done a thorough cleaning in a long time! Cobwebs everywhere and super dirty Windows... This place could be awesom...they just need to clean it a bit more.
RecommendedThe service is excellent. The prices are good. I recommend it, if someone visit to Minnesota.
Good place for seminars and meetings. Nice atmosphere and good sleeping.
Wonderful brunch food excellent. The presentation was first class.

This hotel is beautiful and I had wonderful customer service while I stayed. However, upon leaving, I left my iPhone charger in the room. I called 30 min after leaving and left a message with housekeeping with all the details. I should've just gone back but I had to be elsewhere. A week has gone by and I never heard back from them. I called today and was directed to a 'supervisor' whom did not pick up my call nor even had voicemail. Thanks guys, enjoy a new phone charger!

We loved our stay at this Crown Plaza! Great beds, awesome pool and hot tub, and extremely friendly hotel staff. To top it off, our daughter's forgotten pillow was mailed to her at their expense!! That is going above and beyond what is expected and we really appreciate it!!
Stayed here on June 26 & 27, 2015. I was so impressed! Great place to stay, clean and everyone was so helpful. The only problem I had was our "neighbors" next door (which adjoined our room) was noisy and talked late into the night and we could actually hear the conversation, so walls are pretty thin.

Unfortunately adjoining doors on some of the rooms make it harder to block out noisy neighbors :( However, upon your next stay with us feel free to request a room without one of those doors or if you run into any loud neighbors just contact our front desk agents and they can take care of you.
