RecommendedMy niece's wedding was here, and it was spectacular. The banquets staff did a great job with service and the food was really good. The reception room was gorgeous and the setup was fantastic. We also stayed at the hotel, and the room was just great. We were originally put into a room next to a family with two screaming children, and the front desk immediately accommodated our request to switch rooms. We enjoyed our stay and had a lot of fun.
I love photographing this venue! Staff is always so great to work with, the food is excellent, and the coordination is top notch!
The room was badly decorated since it felt clustered. The front desk staff were unprofessional and very cocky. When asking for clarification in things they were blaming the customer. Requested a shuttle a head of time for a wedding and kept postponing my room saying they will call us back but did not, and after talking the manager then was assistanted. Never returning!
Very unprofessional front desk staff, front desk staff also refused to get us a shuttle for the wedding we were going to. After an hour of trying to get a shuttle to take us from the hotel to the wedding location, the manager drove us in the spare shuttle. Beautiful hotel, nice manager, but the staff ruined the stay for us. Won’t be coming back here.
Bed was SUPER comfortable. Room wasn't ready before a wedding at 4pm. Staff was not familiar with room location when we asked how far room was for my handicapped mother. Wait staff for wedding & brunch were very friendly &, personal.
Very comfortable and clean. Love that it is pet friendly. Will come back again for sure.
We started planning our class reunion over two years ago with monthly meetings at the Crowne Plaza. They took care of us through the meetings right up to the big event. I did not hear one complaint. The food was wonderful and everyone commented on it. The perfect venue for any big, important occasion.
Excellent place for conferences. Fantastic good. Would recommend.
