My first time trying cross fit. The trainer was very helpful.
I dropped in while in town for work. Good coaches and good people. I will definitely be back if I am in town for work again.

CrossFit Station is an outstanding atmosphere for anyone to workout in, regardless of age and ability. I had no prior crossfit experience and Tony and Trina are patient and fantastic coaches. I have seen numerous personal gains since I began at CrossFit Station and now have more energy in my daily life.
