Tony and Trina are the best! I have tried other Crossfit gyms, but nothing compares to the supportive community and amazing coaches of Crossfit Station.

Tony and Trina are awesome coaches! They have an amazing ability to meet each athlete where they are in terms of fitness/ability and then push them toward their goals while being smart and safe. Good community there too- you will meet lots of new friends. Who doesn't want that.
Best workout ever! I couldn't dream of running an errand afterwards, as I am a soaking wet mess. The instructors are awesome, and endlessly patient. I have a big pile of pants to donate, as they look ridiculous on me now, and that's a good thing. Oh, and it's fun too :)
I just started CrossFit and I am so happy! If you're nervous to try it or unsure this place is great to get started. They will work with you and modify until you're comfortable. Tony is so awesome and so helpful.
