Coach Trina and Coach Tony are the best. They really want the best for all the members. It is a great environment and all the people are so welcoming. They make any necessary adjustment to the workout for each individual person if necessary. I can't think of a better place for my workouts!!
Kickin my butt for over a year now, and lovin every minute of it! In all my years of attempts at exercise routines, Crossfit has kept me the most engaged, and provided the best results. Tony and Trina keep it real; they teach, and hold you accountable to your goals.
