I started at Crossfit Station the end of June, it was the best thing I could have done for myself. The instructors are extremely supportive and take their time to ensure you are doing all the excercises correctly. If anyone was thinking about joining a Crossfit this is the gym for you. Thank you Trina and Tony for introducing me to Crossfit and being so welcoming.
Trina and Tony are AMAZING trainers! They guide and assist throughout the workout and always give great tips! They both are full of knowledge to help with lifting technique or food questions! The Gym is fully equipped with all the things you need to make your workout beneficial. Crossfit Station is the ONLY place to be!!!!
