Tony and Trina run an excellent CrossFit gym! It is such a fun place to work out with a great environment and excellent team players. The other coaches were also amazing and really took the time to explain the workouts and how to perform them better and smarter. I just finished up a six week challenge here and I loved the accountability that Trina offered me and how she pushed me in my workouts to lift heavier and work harder. I would highly recommend this CrossFit gym to everyone I know.
