I have worked out here for many years. I appreciate the fun environment and that Trina and Tony always push you just the right amount to keep you progressing. I also appreciate the variety of ages of the other members, from pre-teens to 60 somethings. Trina and Tony will help the newbie and the experienced exerciser accomplish their goals.
We love working out at the Station! Tony and Trina are amazing coaches who not only kick our butts but teach us how to do it safely at the same time. They have built an amazing community that keep us showing up each day.

Excellent coaching for a newbie like me to olympic lifting. Amazing team environment and was quickly welcomed by all. I enjoy the no judgement from all and the diverse people and levels of fitness.
