Visited Boise for a week and was told to check out CrossFit Station while I was there. Such a great recommendation. Tony and Trina were great, making my son and I feel welcome in their gym. The coaches were all wonderful: positive and helpful. The other members were friendly and encouraging, as well. Gym was very clean, well lit, and plenty of equipment for its members. I was on a business trip to Boise this week and was able to drop in to CrossFit Station 3 times. It was a great experience. The coaches and members were all so welcoming. Each day I had a different coach and they were all very knowledgeable, helpful and encouraging. I got the opportunity meet and workout with so many of the members and they all made me feel at home. I will definitely go back next time I am in town. Thanks CrossFit Station for an awesome experience.
While on vacation I inquired about dropping in to CrossFit Station. Trina and Tony were so accommodating! They returned my message promptly and encouraged me to stop in anytime. I needed some modifications due to an injury, but that was no problem for them. They made it a point to check in with me before, during and after the session. The other members were very friendly and inviting as well. I wished my schedule allowed me to pop in again-but if I am in the area again, I will definitely be back!
Absolutely loved this Crossfit. My husband and I have been visiting Idaho for the past two years and always try to find a different Crossfit for a drop in. Everyone at Crossfit station was so welcoming. Trina and Tony were amazing at coaching us that we decided to drop in again the next day. Coach Kelli was super sweet and again, amazing coaching. Will definitely make an effort to visit them again the next time we’re in Idaho.

First time to Eagle but definitely not the last, Crossfit Station was awesome. I travel a lot for work and workout at boxes across the world and Station is at the top of the "doing it right" list. Keep up the good work in the community.
