A man in a Crazy Frog shirt is going door-to-door in my neighborhood. There is a "no soliciting" sign on my door, but he doesn't care. He rings my doorbell anyway...during dinner time. The "no soliciting" sign on my door means something to me. It means if you ring my doorbell anyway, then I leave negative reviews for your business. Mark has given us excellent advice and service. He has worked with us to make sure we are clear of spiders and wasps, which were our biggest problem in our 28 year old home. He explained what the chemicals do and remembered where our problem spots were from last year. After having consistent service for a year, we haven't seen any of the same problems that we had last spring. Great job!

This is the worst company ever! Run, run away. They have NO idea how to run a business. Their company communication is terrible!!!!!!!! No one talks to each other. If you want to change a date of service, the tech won’t get the message. Even if you talk to the founder of the business, he will promise you something like a tech will show up at a certain time, with a tall enough ladder to knock down your wasp nests and it won’t happen! Shorter review of the longer one posted. Crazy Frog and I were unable to come to a professional customer service decision on my concerns and account. I originally only wanted to close out the remainder of my contract without penalty. I have three more month contract ends in June, 2018. This review and the reason for wanted to close out my account had nothing to do with money on my end but rather integrity and Crazy Frogs business ethics. I have been using Crazy Frog for a little over a year and have been very pleased with the product and service. Very friendly staff and easy to work with. Their service has been very effective in neutralizing the critters!
