RecommendedWe had Greg and another tech out today- they explained what they were going to be doing, they were quick and efficient and very helpful. They did a great job and found spots we didn’t realized we had issues with (kids play set had wasp nest we hadn’t seen). I definitely recommend this company!
I’ve been a customer for awhile and I’m very pleased with the service. Greg was just here and he remembered my problem spots. I noticed wasps last week and was ready to call for service. That same day I got the reminder of scheduled service today! The biggest change has been lack of ants and spiders and webs!
Jeff was great- did an awesome job and seeing dead bugs everywhere!!
They charged us for a free service and refused to reimburse us. Further more even after our house had been serviced we still had wasps everywhere and earwigs in our bedroom, bathroom, and livingroom. I know the chemicals take awhile to be effective but seriously? As for the service they charged us for. The guy said it would be free when he came and did it, but today we were charged $99. Jeff was friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job of treating our house. I always use Crazy Frog because you do good work and I get good customer service.
Crazy Frog’s technician James did such a wonderful job at our home today. He was very punctual, worked quickly but diligently, and was extremely receptive to all of our concerns. He answered all my questions and didn’t rush me through our appointment. He was very thoughtful as he went through our home and property, making sure my child was safe from wasps that he was eliminating at the time.
