The same thing happened to me in Twin Falls. I emailed to cancel the "contact". They replied stating I have to call, of course they don't answer. When I left a message telling them I plan on reporting them to BBB, I received an email within minutes. Telling me to cancel it will cost me $250. The sales person lied. Horrible business!!
