Thank you Jeff for doing a great job on our yard! I liked that he explained everything he did and answered my questions nicely.
Jeff came out to treat our house and I am so thankful he did. Both times technicians have come out they have been so nice and helpful. He was friendly and thorough making sure that everything was taken care of.
Thay were friendly and polite. Thay took time to explain what the bugs would do as the pesticide was working and that it would take around 5 days to really start seeing the results. It was a enjoyable experience.
I Love Crazy Frog Pest Control! They have great customer service, and there techs are always very friendly. I felt like their tech James went above and beyond, he was very thorough and treated areas that I hadn't even thought about he also had some good suggestions for added protection for us.
Very professional and polite. Worked steady and answered all questions. Got to give it time to work. It’s not magic, it is systemic treatment. Great job.
Our technician, Jeff, came out when he was supposed to and did a great job applying the chemicals. He even double dosed an area where I found ants a few hours before. I see that there are 36 (1)star reviews at the moment. Since Crazy Frog is a franchise and we (public) don’t know where in the country these one star comments are coming from, we really can’t judge this company as a whole. It would be nice to know where in the country each comment is coming from. This would give all the franchises exposure both good and bad.
Sam did a great job and explained what services he performed and those he couldn't because of wet weather and when they would be complete.
James was awesome! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!
