Sam is friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable! It is clear he takes pest control seriously and he knows what he’s taking about. He took the time to tel us about the service, each type of pest we were dealing with, how they cycle, and how to best treat them. When he came back, he did exactly what he said he was going to do. Matt came out today for my first treatment. Answered all of my questions. Super nice and professional!.
James was great, he tookntime to listen to my concerns about the pests and treated the area properly. He said he will follow up in about 2 weeks to see if we have a vole problem under control.
I just recently signed on with Crazy Frog, with today being my second service so I have nothing negative to say. My tech today was James and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He listened intently to my concerns and met my needs. Thank you James.
I have had very good service with this company. When I had a spider problem they came out within 2 days. They did a great job then, which was a retreat. Today was my scheduled appointment. Marc was very pleasant even after we added a couple things we needed to do. He was here quite a while, very satisfied for sure! I already paid on line, meant to tip, but came out as a credit. Can you make sure Marc gets that?
So far so good. My tech Greg came on time introduced himself explained what he was going to do and asked me to call if I needed anything. Can't do any better than that! Let's hope the treatment works.
