Today I had Mike come out to service my home. He was training a newbie James. They were both very polite, very friendly, and professional. All of my issues were addressed in a timely fashion. This service really keeps the critters away. . Highly recommend . Thanks Guys, Kindy
I highly suggest staying away from this company. Last summer they offered us a discount for 1 service and automatically signed us up for a yearly service. They’ve only been back once in the last 6 months but are still charging us. We tried to cancel since they showed up again last week. Apparently it’s cheaper to continue the service because they will charge extra for canceling. The discount was not worth dealing with this. The technician called before the scheduled appointment, as I had requested since I wanted the interior of my garage treated. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and was very through in completing the treatment.
They are pretty flexible and have always been professional. Been with them almost a year.
If I could I would put -10. This Company takes your money but doesn't do the service they promise. After having problems and them not coming out they still take your money and claim that they did your service and to top it off they want more money to cancel the service. Keep your services (I still wonder how you received 5 stars). I rather pay to get out the contract than dealing with the Lies. And if you consider to get their "services" take my advice and stay away.
They were very thorough with the work they did on our house. Cobwebs, hornets, and even moles in our lawn were all dealt with professionally. We haven't seen spiders for months now. Thank you for a job well done!
