Very happy with Crazy Frog. We have had no bug or wasp problems since we started to use them. Staff is very friendly and always on time.
Ant population destroyed and box elder bugs are gone.
Service so far has been excellent. serviceman came up to our door and explain everything they were going to do. we had a problem inside the house and he came in and took the time to explain exactly what it was and what we need to do to fix the problem.
We have had them for about 8 months. They are very good. Had a lot of pests this last summer and they came each time we needed them and it helped a lot. Also gave me suggestions and pest control samples occasionally. If you have questions they are happy to answer them. We know more about bugs than we ever did. Good company and nice technicians.
We had a terrible problem with earwigs this year, my husband and I, had been talking about hiring someone to spray. Crazy frog came to the house the same week we called. After the first application we had hardly any. We're extremely happy with the service and professionalism of their employee Johnathan.
I have been with Crazy Frog for 3 years now and have had no problems with the technicians and the office staff. Everyone is very friendly and will go out of their way to provide great customer service. Highly recommend their services.
Absolutely disappointed in the service I have received here in El Paso. This is the 2nd time this 'Robert' guy was supposed to come out to spray and didn't but emailed as if he did. I call to reschedule and she tells me there's no one else to service the area? Unbelievable! I then say I'd like to cancel if I'm paying x amount of money a month to receive services that haven't been fulfilled and she tells me I can't cancel?! I'll take it up with my bank. Crock of shit company! DO NOT RECOMMEND
This was our 3rd visit and the guys impressed me again. We were seeing some spiders inside and even found a "Widow" in our hottub/sauna room. They were so fast to respond, and so thorough in their coverage of the area, it made me spin. The guys are great!, professional and caring. And happy in their work!!
