These people are complete crooks and liars. I specifically told them I would not use their services unless I could do it without a contract. They assured me that that was no problem. I had told him that because I did not know how long I was going to live here. They actually falsified my signature on to a contract page that they had taken from me signing for a service. They are very close to being reported for fraud. Do not use these people under any circumstance is whatsoever.
Crazy Frog has been servicing our property for, I believe, a couple years now. They notify us prior, so I can unlock my gate, so as to have full access. They have taken care of mice, spiders, wasps and hornets. Recently Greg Walker serviced our property. He was nice, kind, professional and did a great, thorough job!
Horrible experience with company. Contacted company for 2 resprays and never showed up. I said I wanted to cancel agreement due to this and they invoiced me $300.
I appreciate the great service all of the technicians provide. We really see results.
By far one of the worst customer service experiences with this company! They do not read e-mails, our letters have been returned, I have called and just get an answering service who cannot resolve my issue. I am so fed up with dealing with this company that is unresponsive after we have terminated their services. They are billing us and never actually came to our property to spray!
