I was really skeptical of having a company treat for pest control but Crazy Frog has blown my expectations out of the water! They are prompt, polite, and have great communication with their customers. Our last service was done by Greg and if it weren't for the lack of ants I wouldn't have known he'd stopped by he was very respectful of our property. It's amazing how just three services in I've seen such a change in my yard. Ants have been a big problem this year but I don't got 'em thanks to Crazy Frog.

We hired this company over a year ago to place bait stations at our home. The service was paid for. The company then charged us for a quarterly service we did not ask to be enrolled for nor was explained when we hired them for the rodent control. Fast forward to now, my wife called them to schedule an insect spray and they told her there was an issue with our account. So I called and spoke to a representative who explained what had happened. They dont want to correct their mistake and apparently dont want our business moving... read more

We had Mike come out in June. We have a large home and he took his time to get all the nooks and crannies. He knocked down our wasps nests and even took a brush to get all the spider webs off the patio ceiling! This was our first time using them and we will have them back again. Thanks!
I was mislead into a year contract and was told it would be over $250 to cancel. But I'd be able to suck it up and deal with it but their product is ineffective and doesn't work. I always have bugs back within days of their visit. The only good thing I can say is that at least the tech tries his best with the crap product they give him and he's friendly.
