I purchased 3 sets of Tuna Alleys in June of 2022. All three are un wearable due to one with a cracked screeen and two with broken nose frame. I have made claims on these and have been experienced nothing but game playing. I will continue to try to make a claim, but my experiences with Costa is very disappointing and not up to my past dealings with them. I am looking at alternatives.

I have been wearing Costa sunglasses, hats and t-shirts for many years and have been brand loyal while enjoying the look and quality of their products. I've now been wearing my costa's that I bought in 2001 over 20 years. Offshore and inshore. In fact they have been to 10 countries. LOL. Only thing is missing nose pads which I don't notice. Love my style and wish I could send back frames and get prescription astigmatism lenses.
I've been wearing Costas for over 15 years now. The O.G Costa company was on point. Now these greedy new comers take over and now an instant **** show. No warranty help what so ever. Don't buy costas. I had a pair that cost $218 and it broke after several years of use. I had loved my glasses so much, so I reached out about a replacement. They told me they did not make the model anymore, so they offered me a list of replacements. I clicked on one that I thought looked the most similar. I had had my Coastas for years and the nose pads started to break. I tried to have them replaced at a dealer and they said they didn't do repairs. I tried ordering replacement pad from Coasta with no luck. I figured I'd just wear them at work. Then the nose piece started to com off at the top causing discomfort. After reading the reviews below, I was shocked- but perhaps the issues simply weren't as noted- "defects." I have been a fan/consumer/wearer of Costa sunglasses for years. I recently had to use the online repair program and have nothing but great things to say about the warranty response and service. Customer service is a joke. Tried to replace a pair of sunglasses under warranty which was approved anf accepted but then the jerk you around aboit sending the replacement pair. Attempted to contact customer service via chat and email. Of course no one can help you. Everybody wants to transfer you to other departments. Very unfriendly. Do yourself a favor and from a different company. ************************** etc
I purchased my Glasses from a local retailer. After having for 1 month my lens popped out and broke. I took to the retailer which said I would have to file a warranty claim with Costa. I filed all the paperwork through the website. 2 days later they responded by saying " Upon evaluation of your claim, we have determined that your Service Request is out of warranty." they offered to repair the glasses for $127.00. That is totally unacceptable they need to stand behind the product they sell for $300.00.
