Poor customer service ordered glasses $812.00 when the glasses arrived the prescription was wrong I called them they said they would fix there mistake. I waited 3 weeks still no glasses contacted customer service and was told the order was cancelled and they would give me a 50% off coupon. Communication with this company is almost impossible Still no glasses and out $812.00

I leave 5 stars for the family oriented business before they sold to a French company 5 years ago I was given a pair of Hammerhead costa del mar with the 580 lenes I use them every day I do landscape Yesterday I was on a new job and mowing when something ricochet off the wall and hit my glasses on the left side so hard it broke the lense and cracked the frame If I had not been wearing those glasses I would have lost an eye I had an extra lens but because the frame is Cracked it keeps falling out after seeing the cost and rea... read more

I sent in a pair of prescription sunglasses because the frames broke down. Costa was aware they were prescription that I was sending in. They sent back a regular nonprescription pair back. I called and texted right away asking where my prescription lenses were. Absolutely no response just ghosted me. I’ll never have my friends or family ever purchase a pair of these glasses again

I ordered a pair of sunglasses on Apr. 13. The glasses never arrived and when chatting with customer service (since you cannot speak to a person), they will not cancel my order or fast ship the lost item. I needed the glasses May 1st and now I have to wait 5 more days for a new shipping email to receive them. I requested that either cancel my order or expedite the new order. I was not able to accomplish that. I still have no glasses and no refund. Horrible customer service.

I have the Fantail glasses with the 580 G lenses. The rubber that goes on the nose and ear piece was coming apart. I searched if I could just buy those items or get new ones from Costa but nothing came up. I contacted customer service and they directed me to put in a warranty claim. So I did that, they sent me a premade label for shipping. In 5 days they sent me new glasses. That was awesome. Thank you very much for the help, great customer service and glasses.

I was a fan of this company but since they sold out to another company their product has gone downhill. Also, the warranty department is a bust now. I was a loyal Costa customer who brought several pairs. The last two pairs have broke so fast. Didn't even have this last pair for a month. Only wore them casually. The lens split with no scratches and they were not dropped. Bad Customer Service. Customer service wasn't helpful they just send you links to go to. Purchased a pair of Sullivan sunglasses in July of 2022. My sunglasses dropped from my hand and the entire left lense cracked on one side. The company promotes that the lenses are durable but clearly that is not the case. I can replacements lenses which they come in a pair for $100, fine willing to do that but here's where the major problem is.....getting a store to do the replacement and they have stores listed that don't offer that kin... read more
