Sent in my brines for repair. Cracked lense. They replaced the lense. Completely ignored the nose pads I mentioned in the repair form and still charged $130. Complete highway robbery

Bought two pairs of Costas for a fishing trip tried sending them in for a warranty repair but its only a limited warranty. My hinges slipped out of the pocket that holds the arm that goes over your ear. Turns out that was wear and tear lol not so happy with your warranty policy. As an avid fisherman Id expect more from your warranty and customer service. Ive bought literally thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from you and this is what I get as a response.

I bought ocean ridge 400 prescription eyeglasses with 59mm lenses online on March 28, 24 on March 30th I got an email saying they were delayed a day or 2. Today April 8 I get an email saying my order is cancelled they dont have the frames. No one called to asked me if I wanted a different color or frame. So I started tweeting. Costa Del Mar never even responded to my warranty claim. They have some of the worst customer service I have ever seen in the eyewear category and I used to work for *****.$300 pair of glass lens glasses that scratched and cracked in less than 6 months.I'll never buy another pair, there are plenty of other polarized glassmakers that do respond to customers.

I am getting real sour with Costa Del Mar. I have made simple "NON COMBATIVE" call to the company to upgrade lenses and to check on order status. I have been hung up on 3 times when it gets to complicated for ******* , I have been told "CAN YOU HEAR ME" CLICK or just simply hung up on. This is not the Costa I have grown up with. Purchased a pair of Costa Paunch sunglasses. One of the rubber nose guard covers fell off of the glasses and was lost. Contacted Costa to get a new guard and was told to fill out a repair form. Went to required site and was told I had to register and release tons of personal info. Rubber nose guards?????? And this POS company wants me register to get replacement parts.
