To who it may concern:I bought a pair of reefton pro sunglasses in may of this year (2025). Ive had these glasses for a total of 5 months. This week while putting the glasses on my face i heard a pop, and the frames broke at the thinnest part of the plastic material that is hardened into the frame. The glasses are worthless now. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order in the evening EST, caught an error in the shipping after purchasing and went to contact support immediately. There is no phone number or email to contact listed on the US site and the chat feature is only available 9:00am-4:30pm EST. I received an email that there would be a delay in shipping which initially was a relief, but come to find out that was false and they had shipped the order overnight. Worst $300 Ive Ever Spent Costa Del Mar is a Scam I paid over $300 for a pair of Costa Blackfin Pro sunglasses, and when they broke, I figured the premium brand would back up their product. ****. Their repair team (Luxottica) flat-out DENIED the repair.Whats the point of charging hundreds of dollars for sunglasses if you wont stand behind them? Costa and Luxottica are nothing but a cash grab. Costa del Mar worst ever customer service. I was trying to pay for the repairs, not even a warranty. I kept being told that there was a glitch in the system and it wasn't taking the card. They told me to try again the following Monday or Tuesday so they could fix the problem. It still wasn't going through so I called back several times. I was told each time that they would fix the problem. So here comes our Account and he says there are x 5 $89.67 charges to Costa on the company card!!!! When I bought these sunglasses you had a lifetime warranty on the frames. Your frames are garbage I've gotten multiple replacements and they easily break. I purchased eight pairs of sunglasses from Costa over the years. Your lenses are great, but your frames ****. Cheap recycled plastic. That you love to advertise as being clean. When really you just love being cheap. It's sad that your name has gone to s***. I won't be buying Costa anymore. Looks like ***** just found a lifetime customer.

Ive owned several pairs of Costas over the last 20 years and still have 3. All 3 pairs I have had to fix myself because of the new warranty. The nose piece rubber and temple rubber disintegrates and/or comes unglued. They used to stand behind them and replace but I guess with new ownership they know that theyre selling junk and basically wont stand behind them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! WE If I could rate a negative I would. Have tried 4 purchases all with horrible results. Lenses not properly fitted into frames, wrong item shipped, orders lost!! My experience is on par with pretty much everyone elses experience. What a disappointment.
