Costa Del Mar never even responded to my warranty claim. They have some of the worst customer service I have ever seen in the eyewear category and I used to work for *****.$300 pair of glass lens glasses that scratched and cracked in less than 6 months.I'll never buy another pair, there are plenty of other polarized glassmakers that do respond to customers.

I am getting real sour with Costa Del Mar. I have made simple "NON COMBATIVE" call to the company to upgrade lenses and to check on order status. Purchased a pair of Costa Paunch sunglasses. One of the rubber nose guard covers fell off of the glasses and was lost. Contacted Costa to get a new guard and was told to fill out a repair form. Went to required site and was told I had to register and release tons of personal info. Rubber nose guards?????? And this POS company wants me register to get replacement parts. Been a Costa Del Mar customer for years, purchasing multiple pairs. One of them has the rubber falling apart, which they said were under warranty but can't get a response about the return. Been told multiple times through a chat that they are sending a shipping label and further instructions but no follow up for a month! Used to be a great company but were ruined by an international corporate giant. Very sad. Looking at other brands at this point, maybe Oakley?

It seems like your company is actively trying to not take returns. I cant get anyone on the phone, it wont let me log in even when I change the password like I forgot or something , then still wont let me log in.
