Been a Costa Del Mar customer for years, purchasing multiple pairs. One of them has the rubber falling apart, which they said were under warranty but can't get a response about the return. Been told multiple times through a chat that they are sending a shipping label and further instructions but no follow up for a month! Used to be a great company but were ruined by an international corporate giant. Very sad. Looking at other brands at this point, maybe Oakley?

Seems like the customer service spends all its time here, that’s why I can’t get a return processed for parts, never got confirmation when I submitted the return and now has no record of my parts order!

It seems like your company is actively trying to not take returns. I cant get anyone on the phone, it wont let me log in even when I change the password like I forgot or something , then still wont let me log in. This is the worst experience for the most expensive glasses that fell apart. all the rubber fell off and frames are peeling. 2 seasons on the water. They wont return glasses anymore. I have 2 chat conversations copied and they wont repair or accept? What is going on? Not on the phone and wont let me finish my repair... read more

Beware, company does not stand behind its product! Company charges a premium price but with the expectation that the sunglasses will be of high quality. However, should there be an issue, they will not stand behind their product. Their advertising is false and misleading.

Horrible customer service! I will never buy these sunglasses again & my husband & I own 18 pairs. Their warranty is a job & if they "service" or repair your sunglasses, you may never get them back. I sent 2 pairs back for repair in June. One was under warranty & I have never received my sunglasses & it is almost October! I was charged for the repair work on the other pair in June ^ they "say" they were sent by DHL yesterday. I have contacted Luxottica After Care no less than 20 times to get nothing but a run around. Sent my reef tons in for a repair, wasn’t under warranty which I assumed because it was a damaged lens. However since they have received my glasses I have not received any confirmation email of any kind to give me a date to expect my repair back. Every time I try to log in on the website to track my claim it says that my password is incorrect when I’ve reset the password multiple times just in an attempt to log in and check on my repair. They got this one chance and it confirmed why I’m a Oakley lover for life

I bought some Costa del Mar rincon glasses from an authorized retailer and after two months they were scratched from just being in the case. I sent an email for the warranty and it was rejected because • Issue not due to defective material or workmanship • Missing/Invalid proof of purchase • Warranty period expired how can they be out of warranty after 2 months? I will never buy glasses from this company again, the sunglasses are made so cheap and customer service is horrible and mediocre. they will never honor the warranty ... read more

This will be my first and last time getting Costa. I should of researched further with the company. I found out from an optical specialist they were bought by Luxottica and mentioned service was horrible. Yes I took a chance. The sunglasses I bought was comfortable on my face and they had a sale. Since April 6 customer service has been horrible and no results. Can't talk to a live person. I offered to provide my number instead of communicating back and forth via email.
