I've recently entered a claim from my glasses due to the rubber ungluing. This is the second time these glasses have had the rubber unglue. The first time it was fixed and this time they tell me:"Upon evaluation of your claim, we have determined that the issue was not due to defective material or workmanship. Unfortunately, repair of your damaged eyewear is not an option as this model and its replacement parts are unavailable". I have been buying Costa sunglasses for 20 years and have spent over $2000 with the company. Ive always liked the product, but spent the exorbitant price because of the way they stood behind their product. This is not the case anymore. The last two pairs I purchased failed in the first year. The nose piece deteriorated and fell off of the first pair, and the warranty was denied, and I was told there were no replacement parts. For the past 20 years I have wore nothing but costa and have many pairs as does my wife. And the ****** I used to work at sold them and I lived by wearing these glasses and would tell everyone about them and convince others to buy them. Sunglasses lasted only 7 months. I paid over $600. Very upsetting experience, considering that I could have gotten 3 pairs of less expensive eyewear elsewhere. The main reason I decided to give them a try was that the company claimed the warranty was excellent. They broke as I was wearing them and fell off my head. They cannot repair. Thank you so much for awesome costumer support. I did have to send them back twice. In the end you stood by your product. My new ones are on the way. And because I didn't think it was going to happen, I bought another pair. Now I have two pairs. I Thank you,and I thank God for my Costa Del Mar's!

Terrible customer service. Terrible product. Lens completely losing tent and scratched within 2 months of owning (maybe ***** days of use.) Scam of a product for sunglasses. Oh my, I am seeing a trend of consistent poor service . You do not have one good review . All unhappy customers for a very expensive product that does not honor what they sell. I had a pair of glasses for about 1 1/2 yrs where you could see a linear separation of the tint. They said it isn't a defect but gave me a 50% off for another pair.
