These non-prescription glasses are "very" expensive! I recently cracked a lens and attempted to get it replaced. At my cost because I realize that I damage it. They have discontinued the glasses I have, and can no longer (suspect) replace a lens. They offered to let me purchase a new pair of expensive non-prescription glasses at a 30% discount. The website clearly shows a protective case and cleaning cloth are included with purchase. Placed my order on 10/18/2021. Upon receiving the shipment, I noticed that the cleaning cloth was missing so contacted support via email on 10/24/2021. I purchased my first pair of Costa's on a friends advice. I've owned my Costa glasses for about 8 years and finally had an arm break. The warranty experience was the best I've ever had with any product I've ever had to have fixed or replaced. No hassles, easy process and quick turnaround. They handled everything but getting them to UPS. The warranty alone was worth the purchase. Would highly recommend Costa to anyone. Top notch glasses with top notch customer service!

Completely confusing on why they don't approve you're warranty claim but they approved mine but gave me a 2 day offer which was expired by the time I opened the email then by the time I reclaim my glasses are out of warranty at that time and costa won't do anything for me being I made a mistake by not seeing my email quick enough but they know 100% when I tried to get this going then had to wait on a response from them

I've been buying CDM glasses for over 20 years, I used to think the world of this company. Not anymore. Over the years glasses would break, sometimes my fault sometimes warranty work. If it was not a warranty defect, at least we had the option to repair glasses at our own expense. NOT ANYMORE! I have repeatedly attempted to contact Costa to resolve a factory defective (previously repaired by Costa) sunglasses frames only to repeatedly being referred to their online contact form that will not allow completion due to their website does not work with Apple or cell phones as per their employees. I have been a devout customer For 20 years I would have told anyone to purchase a pair. I have had several pairs repaired replaced you name it I break them I go through them serve if through them service has been great in the past. Yet things have definitely changed with Costa at cracked lens equals a $189 repair. I have tried to get in contact with customer service and it is useless. I would definitely never suggest costas to anyone again

First, I got my pair in 2018 and after 2 years the frame started falling apart and show up broken pieces, I contacted customer care and they are very helpless.
