This company has a serious issue with standing by their product. My $200 plus Caballito glasses where less than 1.5 year old and they developed a small crack on the frame just above the nose. The crack eventually started to get worse until the glasses split in half. This issue seems to be a problem as I have read other customers complain about cracked plastic frames. I bought my first pair of Costa Del Mar sunglasses 3 months ago. The lens cracked down the middle. I sent in a claim and was told "Unfortunately, repair of your damaged eyewear is not an option as this model and its replacement parts are unavailable." They sent me a 30% off coupon to purchase a new pair of sunglasses. Due to poor customer service and not having replacement parts available for purchase, I will not be buying from this company again.

No More!! I have been a customer for over 30 years. I currently have two pair of prescription glasses for fishing. The nose piece on both have broken down in only 2 years. I went back to the optical store that I bought them from. They tried with their rep and direct contact to the company. They basically said pound sand. I am now looking for an alternative manufacturer. Historical services was the best, not now.

I see why they have a 1.27 rating must be run by China...I just got off the phone with some one and I have a pair that the coating is pealing off and they said I must have have gotten some thing on them. Now I have to take out the lens and send them the frames and then put them back. All I want is new frames I dont give a dam what they cost I paid over 600 for prescription glasses. These non-prescription glasses are "very" expensive! I recently cracked a lens and attempted to get it replaced. At my cost because I realize that I damage it. They have discontinued the glasses I have, and can no longer (suspect) replace a lens. They offered to let me purchase a new pair of expensive non-prescription glasses at a 30% discount. The website clearly shows a protective case and cleaning cloth are included with purchase. Placed my order on 10/18/2021. Upon receiving the shipment, I noticed that the cleaning cloth was missing so contacted support via email on 10/24/2021. I purchased my first pair of Costa's on a friends advice. I've owned my Costa glasses for about 8 years and finally had an arm break. The warranty experience was the best I've ever had with any product I've ever had to have fixed or replaced. No hassles, easy process and quick turnaround. They handled everything but getting them to UPS. The warranty alone was worth the purchase. Would highly recommend Costa to anyone. Top notch glasses with top notch customer service!

Completely confusing on why they don't approve you're warranty claim but they approved mine but gave me a 2 day offer which was expired by the time I opened the email then by the time I reclaim my glasses are out of warranty at that time and costa won't do anything for me being I made a mistake by not seeing my email quick enough but they know 100% when I tried to get this going then had to wait on a response from them
